We are owned and operated by firefighters. We know the importance of a clean dryer vent system. We have been on the unfortunate side of homes and condos that don’t keep their system maintained. That is why we do this.

Inside residential cleanings start at $135 within our service area. A small fuel surcharge may be added for areas outside of our normal service area.

Condo pricing is based on vent access, number of vents and distance. Free estimates on all condos and we work with all management structures.

Any additional work, if needed, will always be discussed with the homeowner or management company prior to doing it and we will work with you to make sure that your dryer system is SAFE and CLEAN prior to leaving.

• Ensure the dryer is operating properly.

• Clean inside the lint trap as far as the machine will allow without disassembly.

• Disconnect the dryer and move away from the wall.

• Using brushes and vacuum we will clean the exhaust of the dryer and the transition duct that connects to the wall.

• Clean the area under the dryer and the area immediately around it.

• We will inspect the transition duct for damage.

• Using brushes and vacuum we will clean the entire length of the dryer vent.

• Outside we will inspect the door and flaps to make sure they operate and clean them.

• We will reconnect everything.

• Reseal and secure duct as needed.

• Ensure it is operating with good airflow.
